Colonie Man Cited For Reckless Driving
A 31-year-old man was arrested Friday on reckless driving and other charges, town police said. Police said Donald R. Harmon, of the Valley View Apartments, Colonie, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. at the apartments on charges of reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
