A Fredericksburg, Va., man charged in connection with a crash in Centreville that left two teenagers critically injured was arrested on a drunken driving charge. Kelly D. Robinson, 25, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana after being stopped by police at Old Centreville and Braddock roads. His driver’s license was automatically revoked for seven days under state law. But he was released on a $500 bond and had his license again when the second incident occurred.
