Maryland Reckless Driving Arrested Fourth Degree DWI Racing Lawyers Attorney

A 21-year-old Shakopee man was arrested Dec. 8 for fourth-degree DWI, reckless driving – racing, and no proof of insurance after he was stopped near Highway 13 and Vernon Avenue. Another 21-year-old Shakopee man was also cited for reckless driving – racing. It was reported that an officer who was conducting a speed enforcement patrol clocked one vehicle traveling 65 mph and the other 73 mph in a 45-mph zone.

Reckless driving is a very serious crime.
